Onesome Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Onesome event hosted by Alimonia Life, attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Event Purpose Disclaimer

The Onesome Event is intended for educational, informational, inspirational, and community-building purposes only. Participation does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, legal advice, medical treatment, financial advice, or any other professional service.

2. No Professional Relationship

Attendance at this event does not establish a therapist-client, attorney-client, coaching-client, physician-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with the organizers, speakers, facilitators, sponsors, vendors, or affiliates.

3. Emotional Wellness & Content Disclaimer

Discussions during the event may include topics relating to divorce, grief, trauma, relationships, emotional abuse, narcissistic behavior, personal loss, healing, and emotional recovery. Participants are encouraged to engage only at a level that feels appropriate and safe for them.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical or psychological care, please seek assistance from a qualified professional. This event is not a substitute for professional treatment, therapy, legal counsel, or medical care.

4. Personal Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, emotional responses, and outcomes arising from information presented, discussed, or shared during the event.

Attendees participate voluntarily and assume all personal responsibility for their health, safety, emotional wellbeing, personal belongings, transportation, and conduct during the event.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy Expectations

Because Onesome encourages open and personal conversation, attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and confidential environment for all participants.

Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing, reposting, discussing, or distributing personal stories or identifying information disclosed during the event without explicit permission from the individual involved.

While the organizer promotes confidentiality and emotional safety, participant confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

6. Photography, Video & Audio Recording Policy

To help improve the attendee experience and facilitate internal review, portions of the Onesome session may be audio recorded by the event organizer for private operational, training, and event development purposes only.

No portion of the private session — including audio recordings, participant discussions, shared experiences, personal stories, or attendee contributions — will be publicly released, shared, distributed, published, reproduced, or used for promotional purposes for any reason.

Photography and video content intended for promotional or social media purposes will only take place voluntarily after the conclusion of the private session. Participation in post-event photos or videos is entirely optional.

To protect the privacy and emotional safety of all attendees, personal recording of the private session by attendees — including audio recording, video recording, photography, livestreaming, screen capture, or redistribution of content — is strictly prohibited.

Any attendee found recording, photographing, or distributing private session content without authorization may be immediately removed from the event without refund and may be prohibited from attending future Onesome or Alimonia Life events.

7. Code of Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, unwanted advances, abusive conduct, or behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of attendees will not be tolerated.

The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for violating this policy or disrupting the integrity of the event environment.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, travel delays, illness, or failure to attend the event.

Tickets may not be transferred to another participant without prior written approval from the organizer.

Refunds will only be issued if the organizer cancels the event or if the event is officially rescheduled by the organizer and the attendee is unable to attend the new date.

9. Event Changes

Alimonia Life reserves the right to modify speakers, schedules, venue details, event programming, activities, vendors, or content at any time if necessary.

10. Alcohol Disclaimer

Participants choosing to consume alcohol do so voluntarily and assume all associated risks and responsibilities.

Attendees are responsible for arranging safe transportation and acting responsibly throughout the event. The organizer is not responsible for any injury, damages, losses, or incidents related to alcohol consumption.

11. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event and release, waive, and hold harmless Alimonia Life, its organizers, speakers, facilitators, employees, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

13. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Onesome Event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
