Regina Hiremath is the visionary behind Alimonia Life—a modern sanctuary for individuals navigating divorce, reinvention, and the art of becoming.
Her story is not one of circumstance, but of transformation.
After surviving childhood abuse and spending over two decades in an emotionally abusive marriage, Regina made the courageous decision to choose herself. What followed was not just a separation—but a profound return. Through intentional healing practices—journaling, therapy, movement, and self-care—she began reconstructing her life with clarity, strength, and self-trust.
Alimonia Life was born from that awakening.
What began as a private outlet—writing under the alias “Ali M”—evolved into a multi-voice platform and intimate community for those experiencing divorce in silence. Today, it stands as a refined space for truth, connection, and elevation. A place where endings are not hidden, but honored—and where new identities are consciously created.
As Regina stepped fully into her voice, her presence expanded beyond the page.
Despite a lifelong fear of public speaking, she answered the call to lead. Her debut at The Gloves Off Abuse Symposium marked a defining moment—one where purpose overrode fear, and impact became undeniable. She has since gone on to lead workshops, speak on panels, and guide transformative conversations centered on healing, identity, and personal power.
Her signature work, Lessons On the Way to Onesome, published in October 2024, is both a memoir and a movement. It offers an intimate look into her journey—from trauma to truth—and invites others to embrace the beauty of standing fully in their own life.
Regina’s work extends into advocacy and leadership. As a board member of Confronting Domestic Violence, she leads community relations and supports initiatives that provide relocation and safety for survivors and their children. Her role reflects not only her commitment—but her lived understanding of what it means to rebuild from the ground up.
Now a certified life coach, Regina continues to expand her reach—curating experiences, conversations, and spaces that redefine what life after divorce can look and feel like.
Her mission is clear:
To shift the narrative of divorce from one of loss… to one of elevation.
Alimonia Life is not just a platform.
It is a lifestyle.
A standard.
A return to self.
